Granville-Vance Public Health staff and volunteers were administering second doses of the Moderna vaccine against COVID-19 at the Granville County Expo Center on Friday. About 13 percent of the residents of Granville, Vance and Warren counties have received the first of two vaccine doses needed to make the immunization fully effective, the N.C.
