OXFORD — While the city of Oxford, in following the guidelines outlined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Gov. Roy Cooper, is not planning or coordinating any Halloween activities this year due to COVID-19, traditional trick-or-treating activities will be left up to the decision of individual households and neighborhoods.
Anyone choosing to participate in Halloween activities or trick-or-treating is strongly recommended and encouraged to follow the guidelines established by the CDC. They’re at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/holi days/halloween.html.
