STRENGTH TRAINING, L.I.F.T. is an exciting new in-person group-based fitness and nutrition program for older adults that will take place at the John Graham Gym, 115 Wilcox St., Warrenton. The deadline to register at https://go.ncsu.edu/warren_lift is June 15. The Warren County Center of N.C. Cooperative Extensions will send out packets to all enrollees that will include a page for a physician to complete. Once we receive the packet back, we will schedule a brief functional assessment. GRANVILLE TOURISM, The Granville County Tourism Development Authority will meet Thursday, June 24, at 2 p.m. to conduct regular business and hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2021-22. The meeting will take place at THE Granville Expo Center, 4185 U.S. 15, Oxford. There will be a Zoom phone/video conference link for the meeting also.
