HENDERSON — Maria Parham Hospital has announced that Family Nurse Practitioner Tabitha Schilly, MSN, FNP-BC, RNC-OB, has joined its staff and will be offering nephrology services to patients in Henderson and the surrounding region.
She is one of many new providers to join Maria Parham Health as the hospital continues to grow its specialty services.
“We are pleased to welcome Tabitha Schilly to Henderson to practice at Maria Parham Health,” said Bert Beard, CEO of Maria Parham. “Hypertension is a growing problem in our community, along with diabetes and kidney disease. Tabitha Schilly’s training and experience in the management of chronic and acute illnesses such as these will be important as Maria Parham Health works to make our community healthier.”
Schilly is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, where she earned her bachelor’s in nursing. She also holds a master’s in nursing from Chamberlain University. She joins the hospital’s medical staff following a 500-hour practicum at Hillsdale Family Practice in Advance, North Carolina, as well as positions at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and WakeMed Hospital.
Tabitha Schilly is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and the American Nurses Association. She is seeing patients at Maria Parham Nephrology and Hypertension. To schedule an appointment, please call 800-424-DOCS.
