Begin at a stake on the North side of Kittrell Street, Zilphia George’s corner, and run thence along her line N. 1.5 deg. E. 179 feet to an alley; thence along said alley N. 87¾ deg. W. 100 feet to a stake; thence S. 1.5 deg. W. 181 feet to a stake on edge of Kittrell Street; thence along Kittrell Street S. 88¾ deg. E. 100 feet to the place of beginning, being known as the homeplace of John Lamb, and devised to him in the will of J.C. Lamb by Paragraph Three of said Will, which Will is recorded in Book “C” at pages 34-35, Vance County.
