DURHAM — Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina has selected Debbie Kinton, CEO at Consolidated Marketing, to join an elite group of brokers in the state who exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
Kinton is co-owner with her husband, Wayne, of the BCBSNC President’s Club agency Consolidated Marketing, located at 601. S. Chestnut St. in Henderson. She was inducted into the Hall of Fame at a recent summit for top producers held in August at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia, and presented with the traditional blue blazer.
BCBSNC’s exclusive Producer Hall of Fame inductees are selected based on a set of extensive criteria.
To be selected, a broker must have a record of strong sales performance, high retention of BCBSNC customers and continued service to customers and community. This is the highest recognition that can be bestowed upon a BCBSNC broker. Since the inception of the Hall of Fame in 2000, only 27 BCBSNC brokers in the state of North Carolina have been selected for this honor.
Hall of Fame membership means Kinton has served as a trustworthy representative of the insurance industry in her community and across the state. She has consistently worked to meet the health insurance needs of her customers at Consolidated Marketing for more than 30 years.
“I am deeply humbled to be selected by BCBSNC for this honor. I would like to thank the many people in my community for the confidence that they have placed in me by allowing Wayne and myself to serve their insurance needs for the past 30 years,” she said.
