HENDERSON — Wayne A. Yancey, 68, of Cedar Cove Road, passed away on March 8, 2023 at Maria Parham Health. He was born in Vance County to the late Robert Yancey and Rebecca Henderson Yancey.
A service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023 at St. Paul UCC. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from 2-5 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia C. Yancey; his children, Antoine Yancey, LaToya Yancey and Tameka Yancey; his siblings, Jacqueline Cheek. Robert M. Yancey, Larry Yancey and Clinton Yancey and six grandchildren.
