Shoulders to lean on
Henderson Collegiate senior Gregory Shoulders (center) gets a bit of reassurance from his sister and from basketball coach George Marshall (right) after choking up as he prepared to announce that he’ll be attending N.C. A&T State University after graduating from the charter school next month. Henderson Collegiate held its second “Senior Signing Day” on Wednesday for its seniors to formally announce their college choices to friends and fellow students. Shoulders was on the HC men’s basketball team in the 2021-22 school year.
