HENDERSON — Vance County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to North Shank Street on May 13 at 7:58 p.m., where they discovered Adrian Espino, 33, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Espino, a resident of 128 Henry Street, had succumbed to his injuries by the time they found him, said VCSO in a press release.
Sheriff Curtis Brame said both the State Bureau of Investigations and his deputies are working on the case.
Both entities ask anybody with information about the crime to contact the VCSO at 252-738-2200 or Henderson-Vance Crime Stoppers at 252-492-1925 or 911.
