HENDERSON — David and Elaine Trujillo of Henderson, North Carolina, and Michael W. Kilian of Norlina, North Carolina, announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Alice Kilian of Raleigh, North Carolina, to Dylan Taylor Watts of Raleigh. The couple will wed on Sept. 25, 2021.

The ceremony will take place that day at the Vintage Church in Raleigh at 5:30 p.m.

The bride is the daughter of David and Elaine Trujillo of Henderson, North Carolina, and of Michael W. Kilian of Norlina, North Carolina. She graduated high school in 2013 from Kerr-Vance Academy; and graduated in 2017 from N.C. State University with a bachelors of science in business administration and supply chain management.

She now works with Labor Services International as an agent providing agricultural foreign labor services.

The groom is the son of Michael and Claudia Gleason of Cary, North Carolina, and of Shelton and Carol Watts of Cary. He graduated from Green Hope High School in Cary in 2011, and graduated from East Carolina University in 2015 with a degree in political science and a minor in economics.

He now works as the political director of the N.C. Senate Republican Caucus.
