Northern Vance dropped to 5-9 on the tennis season Tuesday with a 6-3 non-conference loss at Louisburg.

The Vikings, winners over Southern Vance on Monday, host Northwood in 3-A Big Eight Conference action on Friday at 4:30 p.m.

Eagles drop match to Bunn

Warren County fell 8-1 to Bunn Monday in 2-A Northern Carolina Conference tennis play.

The Eagles (1-8, 1-5 Northern Carolina) claimed their first win of the season March 21 against Southern Vance.
