The Carolina RailHawks are the only North American Soccer League team alive in the U.S. Open Cup after a 3-1 fourth-round upset of MLS side Chivas USA Wednesday in Cary.

There is one other lower-division side in the quarterfinals, the United Soccer Leagues' Orlando City. Like Carolina, Orlando has scored consecutive wins over MLS opponents. Orlando defeated both the Colorado Rapids and Sporting Kansas City.

Next for the RailHawks, who defeated the Los Angeles Galaxy in the third round, is an away date at Real Salt Lake of MLS June 26.
