It is our policy to resolve delivery concerns as soon as possible. If we do not meet your delivery needs, please contact us at (252) 436-2800. Our circulation department is available by telephone Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Missed newspapers reported to us by 11 a.m. will be delivered to customers on the same day. Calls after 11 a.m. will result in delivery on the following day.
If you cancel your subscription, you will be issued a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription. Subscriptions will continue up to 28 days after your subscription expires unless you contact The Daily Dispatch.
