Letter: Impeachments should begin
To the editor:
According to Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, “any person who levies war against the U.S. or adheres to its enemies by giving them aid and comfort has comforted our enemies and committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution.” In my view, that includes failing to defend or protect upon request an appointed ambassador of the U.S.
Thus failure of the commander in chief and his designated secretary of state, and the minions who fail to provide protection or safety to their own ambassador and knowingly have minions lie and attribute a video as civil protest literally aid and comfort the enemy, and should therefore constitute an act of treason.
Let’s move on to the Impeachment process.
