Arrests

• Brian Frazier, 37, of 2519 Go Cart Lane, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of contempt of court, perjury and court violations. He was jailed on $13,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 2.

• Kevin Y. Estes, 28, of 2666 Rock Spring Church Road, Creedmoor, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of communicating threats and injury to real property. He was jailed on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 15.

• Ryan Satterfield, 20, of 6604 Ben Thorpe Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods or property. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 27.

• Lakisha S. Jones, 23, of 704 W. B. St., Butner, was arrested Aug. 21 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $1,200 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 10.

• Katelyn P. Lothorp, 19, of 2696 Propus Wilkinson Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 24 on a charge of misdemeanor larceny. She was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 15.

• Andrew H. Gerguson, 29, of 601 E. 18th St., Butner, was arrested Aug. 23 on charges of financial card theft, financial card fraud and identity theft. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 28.

• Demetri Royster, 22, of 3623 Plantation Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 23 on a charge of vandalism. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 18.

• Brian C. Cavanaugh, 22, of 3587 Owls Walk, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 19 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $250 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 17.

• Barry Hunt, 44, of 5147 Antioch Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 20 on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 15.

• Andre Hester, 31, of 7529 Sam Young Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 20 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $50,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 29.

• Johnnie R. Long, 51, of 106 W. Talley Ho Road, Stem, was arrested Aug. 18 on charges of failing to appear in court and true bill of indictment. He was jailed on $32,422 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 28.

• Kenneth W. Gregory, 40, of 7682 Sam Hall Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 21 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 16.

• Edith Arias-Freia, 22, of 4701 James Royster Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 26 on a charge of simple assault. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Charles Cheek, 44, of 640 N. Williams St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 26 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $256 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 10.

• John Hart Jr., 27, of 5147 Antioch Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of assault on a female and larceny. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Sept. 15.

• Randy Lane, 45, of 9110 Smart Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was jailed on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 15.

• Kimberly F. Lane, 31, of 9110 Smart Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 25 on a charge of larceny. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 15.

Arrests

• Brian S. Allgood, 27, of 149 Bedford St., South Hill, Virginia, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of drug violations and parole and probation violations. He was jailed on $12,500 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 6.

• Earnest L. Howard, 27, of 138 Greenwood Blvd., Warrenton, was arrested Aug. 25 on a charge of possession of 1/2 ounce of marijuana. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 12.

• Quenton Talley, 27, of 142 Parrier Road, Norlina, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of assault on a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Sept. 29.

• Christopher C. Whitmore, 24, of 105 Rock Bottom Road, Norlina, was arrested Aug. 25 on a charge of trespassing. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 29.

• Tyler A. Lynch, 23, of 165 Carter Hill Road, Warrenton, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of aggravated assault by pointing a gun, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats. He was jailed on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 17.

• Candas L. Hamm, 33, of 806 N. Main St., Warrenton, was arrested Aug. 22 on a charge of contempt of court. She was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 17.

• Daniel Warfield, 66, of 172 Kearney Road, Warrenton, was arrested Aug. 22 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond.

• Shaniqua L. Williams, 22, of 2985 Sam Powell Dairy Road, Roanoke Rapids, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of all other offenses. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Sept. 8.

• George Gardner, 63, of 131 Green St., Oxford, was served Aug. 21 a warrant for arrest for communicating threat. Bond: none.

• Derrick Bullock, 48, of 209 Person St., Oxford, was served Aug. 21 a warrant for arrest for felony assault inflicting serious bodily injury. Bond: $10,000.

• Keith Huff, 43, of 4619 Watkins Road, Oxford, was served Aug. 22 a warrant for arrest for felony obtaining property by false pretense. Bond: $5,000.

• Xavier Bell, 31, of 107 Park Oaks Court, Cary, was served Aug. 22 a criminal summons for inmate in possession of tobacco or phone.

• June Southerland, 44, of 141 Grace St., Norlina, was served Aug. 22 an order for arrest for failure to appear. Bond: $300.

• Bobby Balmer, 46, of 203 W. Thorndale Drive, Oxford, was cited Aug. 22 for loud music.

• Sherry Cozart, 38, of 204 Gill St., Oxford, was served Aug. 22 a warrant for arrest for communicating threats. Bond: $1,000.

• Lucy Edgerton, 54, of 7531-B Cornwall Road, Oxford, was served Aug. 22 a criminal summons for failure to return rental property.

• Dazmyn Person, 27, of 410 Julia St., Oxford, was served Aug. 23 an order for arrest for two counts of failure to appear, served a warrant for arrest for larceny by employee, and served a magistrate’s order for driving while license revoked and providing fictitious information to the officer.
