Arrests

• Markus Hilliard, 23, of 1023 Hughes St., Henderson, was arrested July 29 on felony charges of vehicle larceny and chop shop fraud. He was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 26.

• Andre Jones, 53, of 3142 Davis Chapel Road, Oxford, was arrested July 29 on a charge of marijuana possession. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing July 31.

• Tammy D. Peace, 26, of 165 Lynnhaven Ave., Henderson, was arrested July 29 on charges of assault and violating probation. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 21.

• Kenisha Closs, 19, of 139 Lynnhaven Ave., Henderson, was arrested July 29 on a charge of assault. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 23.

• Nina Spencer, 32, of 500 J.P. Taylor Road, Lot 12, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on a charge of assault. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 23.

• Thomas Burnette, 19, of 4129 Salem Farms Road, Oxford, was arrested July 29 on a charge of possessing a pipe for possible drug use. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Sept. 10.

• George Watkins, 20, of 2125 Coleman Place, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on a charge of possessing a pipe for possible drug use. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Sept. 10.

• LaMonte Adams, 19, of 516 Whitten Ave., Henderson, was arrested July 29 on charges of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $2,900 pending a court hearing Aug. 12.

 

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of 16 assorted cases of cut ham was reported July 29 at 250 Raleigh Road, Henderson.

• Vandalism of facilities, $400 damage, was reported July 29 at Parker Peace Pool, 715 Cedarwood Trail, Henderson.

• Larceny of a wallet with identification and bank card was reported July 29 at a 100 block Lynhaven Ave., Henderson, home.

• Shots fired, $450 damage, was reported July 29 in the parking lot of 420 East Andrews Ave., Henderson.

Arrests

 

• Geoffery B. Reavis, 22, of 2741 Nutbush Road, Henderson, was arrested July 28 on a charge of assault. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 26.

• Gregory Hodges, 51, of Bullock, was arrested July 28 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Aug. 19.

• Amber L. Waake, 21, of 5578 Tungsten Mine Road, Henderson, was arrested July 28 on a charge of armed assault. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Aug. 19.

• Roger Richardson, 43, of 451 Sulphur Springs Road, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on a charge of violating child support orders. He was jailed pending payment of a $2,463 cash bond or a court hearing Aug. 14.

• Peyton W. Ray, 26, of 1155 Glebe Road, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on charges of breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods. He was jailed on $12,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 23.

• James E. Dickerson, 39, of 153 Tray Lane, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on charges of assault, vandalism and trespassing. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 12.

• Charles D. Lowman, 67, of 335 Red Head Lane, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on charges of assault and making threats. He was jailed on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 19.

• Cinda T. Spell, 49, of 104 Joshua Lane, Henderson, was arrested July 29 on charges of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept 26.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of a fence and vandalism, $750 value, was reported July 29 at the county fairgrounds, Henderson.

• Larceny of a large metal breaker, air compressors and power tools, $3,800 total value, was reported July 29 at a 1000 block Jackson Royster Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a cellphone, $700 value, was reported July 29 at Toyota of Henderson, 205 Toyota Lane, Henderson.

• Larceny of copper pipes and coils, appliances and fixtures, $1,720 value, and vandalism, $580 damage, was reported July 29 in the 100 block of Daffodil Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of a generator, an air compressor and power tools was reported July 29 at the Handcrafted Homes, LLC, secured parking area, 101 Eastern Minerals Road, Henderson.
