Arrests

• Lowell A West, 22, of 927 Buckhorn St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing April 30.

Larcenies, incidents

• A larceny attempt and vandalism of a green Toyota Camry, $300 damage to doors and windows, was reported Wednesday at a 200 block Ridge Road, Henderson, home.

• Strangulation assault, major injury to a female, was reported Wednesday at a 900 block Southern Pine Street, Henderson, home.

Arrests

 

• Russell W. Newman, 59, of 1636 Rockmill Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of assaulting at gunpoint. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• Kimberly N. Reid, 34, of 126 N. College St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of having stolen property. She was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing March 11.

• Janice R. Barker, 36, of 254 New Bethel Church Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of failing to appear in a child support order. She was released on a $94 cash bond pending a court hearing March 27.

• Gerardo M. Espino, 59, of 211 Glenn Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• Maria A. Munoz, 46, of 4162-F U.S. 15 South, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 27 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was released on $800 bond pending a court hearing March 12.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Forgery by checking, $160 from a ministry fund, was reported Tuesday at a N.C. Gospel Association church, 215 Kitchen Ave., Henderson.

• Larceny of three TVs and a desktop computer system, worth $2,200 total, was reported Wednesday at a 100 block Songbird Lane, Henderson, home.

• Assault inflicting serious injury to a male, loss of teeth, was reported Wednesday at a 2300 block Satterwhite Point Road, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism by pouring bleach on 15 clothing items belonging to a female, was reported Wednesday at a 100 block Linwood Lane, Henderson, home.
