Arrests

• Malika K. Muhammad, 19, of 111 S. Pinkston St., Apt. 15, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was released without bond pending a court hearing March 19.

• William A. Perry, 42, of 6098 Young St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of making threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing March 14.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of a firearm from a gold Honda Accord was reported Tuesday at a parking lot in the 1600 block of N. Garnett St., Henderson.

• Counterfeit bill, $10, was reported Tuesday at the Waffle House, 942 W. Andrews Ave., Henderson.

• Vandalism, $1,000 damage to the windshield and body of a gold Toyota Avalon, was reported Tuesday at a parking lot in the 200 block of Lincoln St., Henderson.

Arrests

 

• Antwan L. Hargrove, 24, 1148 Vicksboro Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 25 on charges of assaulting an officer and being a larceny fugitive from Virginia. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 4.

• Howard Harris Jr., 41, of 2016 Julia Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of violating a protective order and making threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing April 11.

• James Daye, 33, of 139 Baptist Church Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of violating a child support order. He was jailed on $1,000 cash bond pending a court hearing March 13.

• Andrew D. Ragland, 21, of 141 W. Young Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing March 18.

• Ruth A. Aguilar, 31, of 87 Dement Lane, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of fraud by secret lien. She was cited and released pending a court hearing March 18.

• Thomas Pendergrass, 26, of 2140 Jacksontown Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of making threats. He was cited and released pending a court hearing March 18.

• Robbery attempt by trying to enter a store at gunpoint was reported Tuesday at the Bearpond Fresh Market, 3963 Raleigh Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of three rifles and a shotgun worth $1,850 total was reported Tuesday at a 1000 block Briggs Road, Henderson, home.

• Fraud by check for $4,505.68 written on a deceased person’s account was reported Tuesday at a 1300 block King Street, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism of windows, $350 damage, was reported Tuesday at a 500 block Parham Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of $56 worth of gas by syphoning from a vehicle, damaging the gas cap, was reported Tuesday in the 12300 block of N.C. 39 North, Henderson, home.

• Larceny by break-in, taking electronic game equipment, a TV, laptop computer and jewelry items worth $1,100 total, was reported Tuesday at a 300 block Taylor Farm Lane, Henderson, home.
