Arrests
• Timmy Williams, 40, of 1457 Perry Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing April 1.
• Richard E. McNeil, 25, of 129 Granite St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 13 on charges of larceny and resisting officers. He was jailed on $800 bond pending a court hearing March 19.
• James Seward, 44, of 139 Mustian Road, Norlina, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of trespassing. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing April 16.
• Vongie Williams, 33, of 277 Chavasse Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 13 on charges of three times failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing March 12.
Larcenies, incidents
• Larceny of $700 worth of piping, fixtures and a water heater was reported Wednesday at a Rogers Group property, 104 Carter St., Henderson.
• Recovery of three long rifles worth $2,850 total, including one stolen, was reported Wednesday in a parking lot at 800 Dabney Drive, Henderson.

Arrests
• Ronnie Ross, 54, of 125 Bearpond Road, Lot 2, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,200 bond pending a court hearing March 15.
Larcenies, incidents
• Larceny of a $500 pressure washer was reported Wednesday at a 1300 block Newton Dairy Road, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of two shotguns and jewelry, $5,600 total value, was reported Wednesday at a 1600 block Old Watkins Road, Henderson, home.
• Assault of a juvenile by a teacher was reported Wednesday at Clarke Elementary School, 309 Mount Carmel Church Road, Henderson.
• Armed robbery, a call to investigate, was reported at the Waffle House, Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.
