Arrests

• Adrian Gonzalez, 20, of 500 J.P. Taylor Road, Henderson, was arrested April 29 for possession of a schedule one drug. He was jailed on $20,000 bond, pending a court hearing June 6.

• Melvin Peace, 44, of 213 Gholson Avenue, Henderson, was arrested April 29 and charged with assault on a female. He was released on $500 bond, pending a court hearing June 6.

• Kelli Woody, 42, of 4656 Old Watkins Road, Oxford, was arrested April 30 on a charge of shoplifting. She was cited and released with no bond posted, pending a court hearing July 29.

• Amanda Shumate, 28, of 3818 N.C. 56, Creedmoor, was arrested April 30 on charges of misdemeanor larceny and injury to real property. She was placed in Vance County Jail pending a court hearing June 24.

• Michael Ryall, 28, of 3818 N.C. 56, Creedmoor, was arrested April 30 on a misdemeanor charge of communicating threats. He was served with a criminal summons at 550 West Andrews Avenue, and released at the scene. A court hearing has been set for June 11.

• Steven Johnson, 31, of 114 Reidsville Lane, Henderson, was arrested April 30 on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was jailed on $300 bond, pending a court hearing June 11.

• Reuben Wright, 20, of 324 Charles Street, Henderson, was arrested April 30, and charged with one felony count of larceny, and one count of resisting a public officer. He was armed with a knife. Wright was placed in Vance County Jail on $5,000 bond, pending a court hearing June 11.

• Donta Wortham, 36, of 621 East Montgomery Street, Henderson, was arrested April 30 in reference to aiding and abetting a larceny. He was issued a uniform citation and released. A trial date of June 11 has been set.

• Lashamika Ragland, 23, of 410 East Montgomery Street, Henderson, was arrested April 30 in reference to aiding and abetting a larceny. She was issued a uniform citation and released. A trial date of June 11 has been set.

• Montreal Perry, 19, of 870 Bridgers Street, Henderson, served a warrant for arrest April 30, on charges of assault on a female and resisting and delaying an officer. He jailed on no bond, pending a court hearing June 11.

• Montreal Perry, 19, of 870 Bridgers Street, Henderson, served an order for arrest on one count of misdemeanor DWI on April 30. He was jailed on $1,200 bond, pending a court hearing May 16.

• Tamonica Parker, 23, of 870 Bridgers Street, Henderson was arrested for communicating threats on April 30. A trial date of May 20 has been set.

• Ricky McKinney Hargrove, 37, of 139 South Williams Street, Henderson was arrested May 1 on a charge of felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Hargrove was jailed on $15,000 bond, pending a court hearing June 11.

• Taurean Lashon Crews, 27, of 106 Kearney Street, Henderson was arrested May 1 on a charge of possessing a Schedule VI controlled substance. Crews was cited and released, pending a court hearing June 11.

• Ricky McKinney Hargrove, 37, of 139 Williams Street, Henderson served an order for arrest May 1 for failure to appear. He was placed in Vance County Jail on $1,200 bond, pending a court hearing June 11.

Larcenies, incidents

• Assault and communicating a threat was reported on April 29 in a parking lot area at 166 Dabney Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of $21.70 worth of gas was reported on April 29 at a convenience store on 1640 N. Garnett Street, Henderson. Cocaine and ecstasy valued at $20 was seized.

• Breaking and entering was reported April 29 at a home on 1261 Americal Road, Lot 94, in Henderson. A bathroom window screen valued at $20 was damaged.

• Larceny was reported April 29 at a home on 287 Kittrell Street in Henderson. Plants, a digital camcorder, and an android cell phone with a combined value of $525 were stolen.

• Larceny was reported April 28 at a home on 535 Winder Street, Henderson. A power meter with an unknown value was reported stolen.

• A domestic dispute with simple physical assault was reported April 29 at a home on 213 Gholson Avenue, Henderson.

• Breaking and entering, property damage in the amount of $400 and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported April 30 at a home on 853 N. Garnett St., Henderson.

• Larceny in the amount of $94.90 in goods was reported April 30 at Walmart on 200 N. Cooper Dr. in Henderson.

• Fraud was reported April 30 at a home on 200 N. Cooper Dr., Henderson.

• Larceny of a $300 dog was reported April 30 at a home on 416 Oak Street in Henderson.

• Shoplifting of $126.70 worth of various baby goods was reported and recovered April 30 at Walmart on 200 N. Cooper Dr., Henderson.

• Second-degree trespassing was reported April 30 at Denny’s on 1524 Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Felony larceny, resisting and delaying an officer, and aiding and abetting was reported April 30 at Walmart on 200 N. Cooper Dr., Henderson.

• A drug violation was reported May 1 at 139 S. Williams St., Henderson. A blue pill bottle was seized.

• Trespassing and drug violations were reported May 1 at 601 W. Andrews Ave., Henderson.

Arrests

 

• Cynthia Burt Gilmore, 37, of 732 Ernest Turner Road in Warrenton was arrested April 30, on one count of failure to return a rental. She was served at the sheriff’s office on $800 bond, pending a court hearing June 24.

• Carol Lorraine Hamlett, 49, of 6746 Greenway Road, Oxford, was served an order for arrest on April 30 for failure to appear. She was jailed on $1,200 bond, pending a court hearing June 24.

• Kenny Wayne Parker of 130 Tar Heel Lane, Henderson, was served an order for arrest April 30 on failure to appear in court for a show cause order and probation violation. He was also charged with larceny. He was jailed on $2,100 bond, pending a court hearing May 28.

• Davelle Townsend, 30, of 285 Kittrell Street, Henderson, was served an order for arrest April 30 on failure to comply with child support. He was jailed on $165 bond, pending a court hearing May 18.

• Michael McDarrell Green, 22, of 966 Hughes Street, Henderson, was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor larceny, two counts of possession of stolen goods or property, and one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A bond amount of $1,500 has been set pending a court hearing May 28.

• A domestic dispute was reported on May 1 at a residence at 812 Cardinal Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of a $250 down spout was reported April 29 at a school on 10199 N.C. 39 North.

• Larceny of two Mongoose mountain bikes valued at $400 and a ladder valued at $30 was reported on April 29 at a residence on 103 Northwoods Road, Henderson.

• A domestic disturbance was reported on April 30 at a residence on 75 Old Watkins Road in Henderson.

• Breaking and entering was reported on May 1 from a business located at 6325 U.S. 158 North, Henderson.
