Trio arrested following break-in call
Damien Lamar Bullock, Aquilla Brown and Shawnell Terry and have been arrested by Henderson police and face charges related to a break-in.
The three were at the scene of a reported break-in at an apartment complex on Wester Avenue on Tuesday. Two more suspects are being sought, according to Lt. Alan Hedgepeth.
Each of the trio is charged with breaking and entering, larceny and possession of a stolen firearm. Bullock and Terry also face a marijuana possession charge, respectively.
Additional warrants for arrest against Bullock were from Vance, Granville, Person, Chatham, Alamance and Wake counties, totaling 33 charges that include 16 larceny counts and eight conspiracy counts pending in six courts.
Bullock’s bond was set at $187,550. Bond was set at $40,000 for Brown and $30,000 for Terry.
Bullock, 20, lists a 986 Burr St. address; Brown, 22, lists a 1221 Hight St. address; and Terry, 18, lists 248 Keene St., and in Henderson.
According to Hedgepeth, police responded to 200 Wester Avenue, Apt. B, and saw five people fleeing the residence. After pursuit, three were taken into custody.
