HENDERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT

Arrests

• Vincent Brown, 43, of 42 N.C. 39 Loop Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 28 on a charge of possession of a firearm as a convicted felon. He was jailed on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 5.

• Quinton Talley, 26, of 142 Parrier St., Wise, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of kidnapping and violating a protective order. He was jailed without bond, and on $150,000 bond, respectively, pending a court hearing Nov. 4.

• Bishop Magbie, 26, of 1108 Maple St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 4.

• Davelle Townsend, 30, of 497 Ford St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 26.

• Stephanie Barhan, 28, of 621 Roberson St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 9.

• Johanna Rice, 28, of 1305 Dorsey Ave., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $800 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 11.

• Lamonte Adams, 19, of 1013 Pinkston St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of assaulting a female and making threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Dec. 9.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of a wallet, $90 value, was reported Oct. 29 in the 1300 block of Second Street, Henderson.

• Larceny of $238 cash was reported Oct. 29 at a 500 block Mason Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of 150 doses total of levetiracetam and complera, $3,600 value, was reported Oct. 29 at a 300 block Davis Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a cellphone, $150 value, was reported Oct. 29 in the 300 block of Charles St., Henderson.

• Dustin R. Powell, 26, of 65 Renn Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 14.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of ministry donations, $200 cash taken, was reported Oct. 29 at Life Line Ministries, 2032 Raleigh Road, Henderson.

• Fraud, obtaining a vehicle, was reported Oct. 29 at a 100 block Mindy Lane, Henderson, home.
