One more MGM arrest
Another member of the Money Gang Mob was arrested Wednesday.
Albert William Bowers, 29, was taken into custody on one count of possessing ammunition as a felon and two counts of distributing a quantity of heroin.
He was transferred into the custody of the United States Marshals Service Thursday.
The investigation was conducted by the Henderson Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Bowers was indicted by a federal grand jury on the three criminal offenses.
Suzanne Little is representing Albert William Bowers and Tobin W. Lathan is representing the government.
Bowers’ arrest is part of the ongoing investigation into the Money Gang Mob and heroin trafficking in the Henderson and Vance County area.
Some 21 people are already serving more than a combined 200 years in prison, and at least 10 more are pending in the judicial system.
