Arrests

• Colonel Wortham, 58, of 457 Alexander Ave., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of armed assault intending to kill and inflicting injury. He was jailed on $70,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 11.
• Kelcey Roswell Thorpe, 42, of 844 Park Ave., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of breaking and entering and having alcoholic beverages on the road. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 17.
• Cory Damele Cheek, 36, of 315 Davis St., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of making threats. He was released on a promise to appear pending a court hearing Jan. 28.
• Victor Troy Rhodes, 22, of 1515 Sunset Ave., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of having a concealed knife. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 23.
• Gabrielle Marcelle Miller, 28, of 320 Harris St., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of making threats. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 18.
• Michael Ellis, 22, of 1291 Faulkner Town Road, Gillburg, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of larceny and failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $21,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 17.
• Ishmel Smith, 16, of 502 Zene St., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 22.
• Christina Curry, 40, of 138 Faulkner St., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of assault. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan. 15.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of a $40 street sign was reported Monday at a Fairway Drive roadway area, Henderson.
• Larceny of a $100 GPS unit and a satellite radio from a silver Nissan Centra was reported Monday at an 800 block East Andrews Avenue, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of $650 worth of electronic game console and equipment items was reported Monday at a 500 block Mason Street, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of a $5,000 white 2001 Pontiac Bonneville was reported Monday at a 400 block Pearl Street, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of some coins, and $2,000 worth of vandalism damage to a vacuum cleaner unit, was reported Monday at Double Bubble, 860 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson.
• Larceny of a moneybag with an undisclosed amount of cash was reported at Greenways restaurant, 200 S. Garnett St., Henderson.

• Christopher Reed Lloyd, 26, of 880 Cable Blvd., Apt. 17, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of larceny and having stolen property, a $580 step bar from Toyota of Henderson. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 7.
• Christian Patrick Carroll, 26, of 245 Greystone Road, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of larceny and having stolen property, a $580 step bar from Toyota of Henderson. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 7.
• Corey Lea Million, 33, of 2187 Lauren Mill Drive, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 3 on three charges of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $6,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 29.
• Jeremy John Guastavino, 17, of 202 Oak Forest Drive, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of assault. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan. 3.
• Johnathan James Guastavino, 21, of 202 Oak Forest Drive, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of assault. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan. 3.
• James Clay Medlin, 25, of 507 W. Derden St., Norlina, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of violating a protective order and failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $7,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 2.
• Sammie Allen Jr., 32, of 3829 Raleigh Road, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of larceny, breaking and entering and having stolen property. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 17.
• Lancy Matthew Terry, 38, of 140 Shank St., Lot 24, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 3 on a child support infraction. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 12.
• James Alvin Durham, Jr., 25, of 247 Big Buck Road, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of making threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan. 14.

• Larceny of a firearm was reported Monday at a 2000 block Stewart Farm Road, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of a $2,000 iPod from a black Chevrolet Tahoe was reported Tuesday at a 600 block Finch Road, Henderson, home.
• Vandalism of six vehicles, $1,900 worth of damage total, was reported Tuesday at 400 block and 600 block Finch Road, Henderson, homes.
