WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Arrests

• Kenneth Bender, 54, was arrested March 14 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $279 bond pending a court hearing.
• Jessie McKellan Silver Jr., 23, of 1221 N.C. 43, Warrenton, was arrested March 15 on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. He was jailed on $200 bond pending a court hearing April 25.
• Samantha L. Carr, 48, of 111 Hicks Farm Road, Manson, was arrested March 14 on a charge of fraud. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 24.

Arrests

• Joseph D. Hart, 28, of 4566 N.C. 15 South, Oxford, was arrested March 20 on charges of possessing cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, selling cocaine and delivering cocaine. He wa jailed on $50,000 bond pending a court hearing March 24.
• Chad L. Boyd, 26, of 3567 W. Thollie Green Road, Stem, was arrested March 20 on charges of breaking and entering and attempted larceny. He was jailed on $30,000 bond pending a court heraing March 26.
• Quentin M. Yelverton, 26, of 1112 Eva St., Durham, was arrested March 20 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing April 2.
• James R. Skipwith, 51, of 6504 N.C. 15, Oxford, was arrested March 20 on charges of possessing criminal substances with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver and selling or delivering schedule II criminal substances. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing March 31.
• Cameron Stephenson, 29, of 2045 James Winston Road, Oxford, was arrested March 20 on charges of injury to personal property, larceny and assaulting a female. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing April 25.
• Chad L. Boyd, 26, of 3567 W. Thollie Green Road, Stem, was arrested March 19 on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, larceny and communicating threats. He was jailed on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing April 21.
• Michelle D. Jones, 46, of 1675 U.S. 15, Creedmoor, was arrested March 17 on a charge of assaulting a handicap person. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing April 16.
• Ricky A. Jinks, 27, of 4655 Sunny Lane, Oxford, was arrested March 15 on charges of assaulting a female and possessing a firearm as a felon. He waqs jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing March 18.
• Mario D. Harris, 23, of 513 Craven St., Durham, was arrested March 15 on a charge of outstanding child support payment. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 21.
• Deshawn S. Hester, 26, of 3599 Dolphin Lane, Stem, was arrested March 16 on a charge of violating probation. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing April 1.
• Gerald B. Denny, 59, of 4159 Fairport Road, Kittrell, was arrested March 16 on a charge of first degree trespassing. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing April 21.
• Rebecca Davis, 50, of 609 Granville Woods, Wake Forest, was arrested March 13 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing May 13.
• Scott W. Kling, 30, of 3582 C W. Thollie Green Road, Stem, was arrested March 14 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $600 bond pending a court hearing April 24.
• Brian L. Declue, 28, of 3636 Cannady Mill Road, Kittrell, was arrested March 14 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $4,500 bond pending a court hearing April 3.
• Roy L. Thorton, 53, of 3111 N.C. 96, Oxford, was arrested March 13 on drug violations. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing March 19.
• Stacey Williams, 28, of 3551 N.C. 56 E. Lot 5, Franklinton, was arrested March 14 on charges of possessing schedule II criminal substances with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver and conspiring to sell schedule II criminal substances. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing April 9.
• Tyrone T. Williams, 31, of 318 State St., Henderson, was arrested March 13 on a charge of forgery. He was jailed on $40,000 bond pending a court hearing March 19.
• Joyce Bobbitt, 59 of 3111 N.C. 96, Oxford, was arrested March 13 on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances. She was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing March 19.
• Antonio R. Cross, 30, of 124 Clement Ave., Oxford, was arrested March 12 on charges of conspiring to traffick crack cocaine and selling crack cocaine. He was jailed on $35,000 bond pending a court hearing March 19.
• Elissa L. Gleason, 20, of 1631 Enon Road, Oxford, was arrested March 18 on charges of maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances, conspiring to traffic opuim and heroin, and trafficking opuim and heroin. She was jailed on $75,000 bond pending a court hearing March 24.

Arrests

• Kevin Pulley, 23, of 2519 Satterwhite Road, Henderson, was arrested March 13 on charges of felony larceny and felony possession of stolen property. Bond: $10,000.
• Christopher Jackson, 25, of 194 Moody Road, Lot 4, Henderson, was arrested March 13 on charges of felony larceny and felony possession of stolen property. Bond: $10,000.
• Maurice Cooper, 28, of 4192 Shock Overton Road, was arrested March 13 on charges of felony possession with intent to sell and deliver illegal drugs, felony selling illegal drugs and felony conspiring to sell or deliver illegal drugs. Bond: $81,400.
• Mario Harris, 23, of 408 Henderson St., Oxford, was arrested March 15 on charges of failing to appear in court and violating probation. Bond: $12,700.
• Avery Woodlief, 37, of 209 Hwy 15 North was arrested March 17 on charges of larceny and possession of stolen property. Bond: $1,500.
• Wendell Hargrove, 35, of 1229 Ridgeway Drewry Road, Manson, was arrested March 17 on charges of possessing stolen property. Bond: $500.
• Reginald McKenzie, 45, of 311 Mimosa St., Oxford, was arrested March 19 on charges of breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen property. Bond: $25,000.
• Antoine Reed, 32, of 230 Lanier St., Oxford, was arrested March 19 on a charge of inury to real property. Bond: $300.
• Yolanda Edmonds, 32, of 6102 C Pinetown Road, Oxford, was arrested March 19 on charges of conspiring to sell or deliver illegal drugs, possession of illegal drugs with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, and maintaining a place, dwelling or vehicle for illegal srugs. Bond: $1,000.
