Arrests

 

• Virgil J. Harris, 21, of 7710 Sam Hall Road, Oxford, was arrested July 22 on a charge of contributing to delinquency of a juvenile. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing July 28.

• Rachelle Looney, 26, of 232 Maple Drive, Oxford, was arrested July 16 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 4.

• James Conyers Jr., 45, of 810 E. C St., Lot 25, Butner, was arrested July 17 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $8,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 6.

• Antwon G. Williams, 21, of 323 Kirby Lane, Henderson, was arrested July 19 on charges of assaulting a female, larceny and shoplifting. He was jailed on $7,000 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 26.

• Adrian J. Cameron, 38, of 102 Frost St., Oxford, was arrested July 19 on charges of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $241,000 bond pending a court hearing July 28.

• John H. Downey, 51, of 207 Gillis St., Stovall, was arrested July 19 on a charge of simple physical assault. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Aug. 18.

• Eugene Hanks Jr., 26, of 2307 N. Oak Ridge Blvd., Durham, was arrested July 19 on a charge of contempt of court. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing July 21.

• Rodney W. Caudill, 41, of 4084 Acorn Drive, Franklinton, was arrested July 19 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Aug. 18.

• Ricky A. Jinks, 28, of 6081 Cindy Lane, Oxford, was arrested July 23 on charges of assault by strangulation and assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Aug. 19.

• John R. Bullock, 52, of 1201 E. Main St., Durham, was arrested July 23 on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving without license and registration, and eluding arrest. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing July 28.

• Monique G. Avila, 35, of 511 Ward St., Creedmoor, was arrested July 22 on a charge of fraud. She was jailed on $40,000 bond.

 

OXFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT

Arrests

• Maurice Harris, 33, of 4162 U.S. 15 South, was arrested July 17 on charges of injury to personal property, failing to stop at sign, reckless driving, speeding, eluding arrest and driving with a revoked license. Bond: $15,000.

• Ta’Vonte Gill, 16, of 501 Raleigh St., Oxford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of common-law robbery. Bond: $20,000.

• Troyvon Carroll, 17, of 604 Raleigh St., Oxford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of common-law robbery. Bond: $20,000.

• Malik Royster, 18, of 104 Westbury Drive, Oxford, was arrested July 18 on a charge of common-law robbery. Bond: $20,000.

• Jessica King, 29, of 1537 Tally Ho Road, Stem, was arrested July 18 on a charge of possession of an illegal drug. Bond: $500.

• Demario Taylor, 30, of 4073 Cove Lane, was arrested July 19 on a charge of driving while impaired. No bond.

• Shavonta Henderson, 20, of 4031 Crestview Lane, Oxford, was arrested July 20 on charges of driving while impaired, breaking and entering, larceny, and possessing stolen goods. Bond: $62,000.

• James Epps, 19, of 4104 Elton Circle, Franklinton, was arrested July 20 on charges of possessing an illegal drug and possessing drug paraphernalia. Bond: $500.

• Andrian Brinkley, 35, of 634 Christopher Road, Chapel Hill, was arrested July 20 on a charge of misdemeanor trespassing. Bond: $500.

• William Bullock, 50, of 317 E. McClanahan St., Oxford, was arrested July 20 on a charge of simple assault. Bond: $500.

• Stanley Williams, 60, of 316 Mitchell St., Henderson, was arrested July 21 on a charge of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver illegal drugs and selling and delivering illegal drugs. Bond: $20,000.

• Jasmine Sizemore, 24, of 119 Alston Court, Oxford, was arrested July 22 on a charge of communicating threats and injury to personal property.

• George Outlaw, 40, of 200 Maple Drive, Oxford, was arrested July 22 on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats and injury to real property. Bond: $500.

• Anthony Royster, 19, of 406 Fourth St., Oxford, was arrested July 23 on charges of larceny and possession of stolen goods.

 

WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Arrests

• Quentin L. Jones, 37, of 545 Rooker Dairy Road, Norlina, was arrested July 17 on charges of larceny and larceny of a motor vehicle. He was jailed on $2,500 bond pending a court hearing July 30.

• Tawian N. Alston, 31, of 874 Gun Club Road, Lot 5, Henderson, was arrested July 16 on a charge of aggravated assault. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing July 16.

• Dante D. Stevenson, 27, of 147 Kerr Lake Cole Bridge Road, Norlina, was arrested July 20 on a charge of a court violation. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing Aug. 6.

• Vandalism was reported July 19 on the 100 block of Cedar Pointe Lane, Littleton.

• Burglary and robbery were reported July 20 on the 200 block of Frazier Road, Macon.

• Vandalism was reported July 20 on the 1800 block of Eaton Ferry Road, Littleton.

• Burglary, larceny and motor vehicle theft were reported July 18 on the 100 block of Scotts Bluff Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny was reported July 20 on the 1000 block of Warren Plains Road, Warrenton.

• Burglary and larceny were reported July 19 on the 1000 block of Embro Vaughn Road, Macon.

• Burglary was reported July 19 on the 2700 block of U.S. 401 South, Warrenton.

• Assault by pointing a firearm was reported July 18 on the 100 block of Rudd Trail, Hollister.

• Forgery was reported July 17 on the 100 block of Eaton Ferry Road, Macon.

• Telephone scam was reported July 17 on the 900 block of Paschall Station Road, Warrenton.

• Larceny, trespassing and vandalism were reported July 17 on the 300 block of Bute Street, Warrenton.

• Calls for service were reported July 17 on the 400 block of Richardson Road, Warrenton.

• Larceny was reported July 11 on Gibson Lane, Warrenton.

• Simple assault and trespassing were reported July 16 on the 100 block of Redwood Drive, Littleton.
