Arrests

 

• Keith Hayes, 33, of 735 Ridgeway-Warrenton Road, Warrenton, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of making threats and assaulting a female. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 28.

• Larry W. Hamm, 52, of 180 Elm St., Macon, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of larceny and burglary. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 4.

• David L. Owens, 35, of 814 Shocco Springs Road, Warrenton, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of drug violations and driving while license revoked. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 10.

• Larceny of a television, jewelry and cash, $1,175 value, was reported Nov. 25 at a 700 block Burchette Road, Manson, home.

• Larceny of a television, $468 value, was reported Nov. 25 at a 1900 block U.S. 1 North, Norlina, home.

• Larceny of a television, iPad and jewelry, $800 value, was reported Nov. 25 at a 100 block U.S. 158 Bypass, Norlina, home.

• Vandalism of two air conditioner units, $20,000 value, was reported Nov. 25 at a 300 block Kimball Road, Norlina, home.

• Larceny of a television and a clothing dryer was reported Nov. 25 at a 100 block Pleasure Drive, Macon, home.

• Larceny of four rifles and two shotguns, $2,400 value, was reported Nov. 26 at a 2800 block U.S. 401 South, Warrenton, home.

• Larceny of two large television sets, $1,400 value, was reported Nov. 26 at a 100 block Fernwood Drive, Littleton, home.

• Larceny of radio controlled dog collar and equipment, $420 value, was reported Nov. 28 at an open land area on Peete Farm Road, Warrenton.

• Larceny of two handguns, $350 value, was reported Nov. 30 in the 600 block of Division Street Extension, Norlina.

• Larceny of $275 cash was reported Nov. 30 in the 100 block of Mosby Forest Lane, Littleton.

• Larceny of two heating units, $8,000 value, was reported Nov. 30 at Bethlehem Christian Church, 324 Keats Road, Manson.

• Larceny of commercial coolers, $600 value, was reported Nov. 30 at a nightclub bar, 1 U.S. 1/Country Club, 510 Stockyard.

• Larceny of an air conditioning unit, $4,000 value, was reported Nov. 30 at a church, 1258 Cole Farm Road, Warrenton.

• Larceny of eight heavy-duty batteries, power tools and hand tools, $1,640 value, was reported Dec. 1 at a 1500 block U.S. 401 South, Warrenton.

• Larceny of scrap metal and machine parts, $2,500 value, was reported Dec. 1 at a 300 block Ebony Road, Littleton, home.

• Larceny of household fixtures and copper pipes was reported Dec. 2 at a 300 block East Bute St., Warrenton, home.

Arrests

• Kevin Williams, 27, of 102 Gooch St., Stem, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 18.

• Dennis A. Speed, 55, of 2586 Hayes Farm Road, Creedmoor, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charges of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Dec. 16.

• Teresa D. Wilson, 53, of Franklinton, was arrested Dec. 1 on a charge of felony fraud. She was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 4.

• Michael J. Forsythe, 21, of 1518 Cash Road, Creedmoor, was arrested Dec. 1 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan 27.

• Nichole Smith, 24, of Franklinton, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 13.

• Charles L. Keith, 36, of 1636 U.S. 15 South, Creedmoor, was arrested Dec 2 on a charge of making threats. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 13.

• Timothy R. Ellis Jr., 35, of 2578 Brassfield Road, Creedmoor, was arrested Dec 2 on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 14.

• Alexis Anderson, 26, of 202 Gill St., Oxford, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of vandalism, making threats and harassment. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 16.

• Richard C. Carpenter, 44, of 3558 Deerfield Road, Stem, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of trespassing. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 16.

• Cory B. Terry, 41, of 1010 Raleigh Road, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of failing to appear in court. He was released on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 15.

• Dennis A. Speed, 55, of 2586 Hayes Farm Road, Creedmoor, was arrested Dec 3 on a charge of violating a domestic violence protection order. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Dec. 16.

• Vincent K. Morrison, 26, of 7011 Poplar Creek Road, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of felony fraud. He was jailed on $80,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 10.

• Assault was reported Dec. 4 in the 6600 block of Briarwood Drive, Oxford.

Arrests

 

• Maurice Cooper, 28, of the Econo Lodge, Oxford, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of disorderly conduct, assaulting a female, vandalism, breaking and entering and trespassing. Bond: $1,000.

• Krystle Carthen, 27, of 2534 Smith Road, Oxford, was arrested Nov. 20 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was cited and released.

• Malik Royster, 18, of 409 Gregory Place, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of possession of an illegal drug and possession of items for possible drug use.

• Roger Fields, 17, of 208 Sycamore St., Oxford, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of discharging a firearm in the city.

• Noresha Oakley, 27, of 404 Hicks Mill Road, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of failing to appear in court. Bond: $3,400.

• Jarquis Thorpe, 22, of 104 Westbury Drive, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a stolen firearm and discharging a weapon in the city.

• Jeremy Currin, 36, of 124 Parham Road, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of larceny, possession of stolen goods, obtaining property by fraud, parole and probation violations, larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. Bond: $75,000.
