Arrests

• Maguel Burt, 18, of 1010 Lehman St., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of robbery, having a firearm as a felon and making threats. He was released on $70,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 25.

• Cedric S. Brown, 21, of 515 Hillside Place, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of breaking and entering, having stolen goods and larceny. He was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing March 12.

• Lloyd Summerland, 29, of 1003 Nichols St., Raleigh, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of having one milligram of heroin and having items for illegal drug uses. He was jailed on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 25.

• Donterio D Williams, 22, of 719 S. Chestnut St., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of vandalism and making threats. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 25.

• Samuel M. Townes, 47, of 139 Holly Road, Middleburg, was arrested Jan. 30 on a charge of resisting officers. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 18.

Larcenies, incidents

• Vandalism of tires and a bumper, $1,600 damage to a black Isuzu Ascender, was reported Monday at the Maria Parham Medical Center parking lot, 566 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of a $2,500 white Chevrolet S-10 truck was reported Tuesday at a motel at 1052 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.

• Fraud, criminal use of a credit card costing $2,600, was reported Monday at a 611 Breckenridge St., Henderson, facility.

• Larceny of a $6,000 set of 20 gold chains was reported Monday at Hard Times Pawn, 106 Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of $290 in household fixtures, a DVD player and supplies was reported Tuesday at a 400 block Montgomery St., Henderson, home.

• Vandalism of a tan 1996 Buick, $200 damage, was reported at a parking lot at 156 Church Street, Henderson.

• Larceny of a $665 car stereo system from a burgundy Mercury Grand Marquis was reported at a parking lot at 100 Comfort Drive, Henderson.

Arrests

• Elvin L. Hargrove, 33, of 750 Boddie St., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of failure to appear in court for a child support infraction. He was jailed on a $139 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 13.

• Reginald L. Lewis, 24, of 587 Finch Road, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of failing to appear in court for a child support infraction and assaulting a female. He was jailed on $1,306 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 13.

• Whitney Abbott, 28, of 115 W. Jeannette Ave., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of having marijuana and driving while license revoked. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• Robert C. Wiesner, 43, of 2345 N. Garnett St., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $846 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 18.

• Roy L. Fowler, 48, of 1146 Old Epsom Road, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of armed assault and battery assault. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 11.

• Quentin Talley, 25, of 142 Perry Road, Norlina, was arrested Jan. 29 on charge of armed assault and making threats. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 13.

• Arnold H. Thomas Jr., 28, of 181 Townsville Landing Road, Townsville, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of trespassing. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• Larceny of $8,000 cash, $979 worth of firearms and $400 worth of electronic game equipment, was reported Tuesday at a 1000 block Foster Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of $675 worth of landscaping tools was reported Tuesday at a 600 block Foster Road extension, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $500 well pump and wiring was reported Tuesday at a 100 block North Hacienda Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of power and hand tools worth $1,346 total was reported Tuesday at a 7500 block Hicksboro Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a security camera, TVs and electronic game equipment, $2,400 value total, was reported Tuesday at a 400 block South Chavis Road, Henderson, home.
