Four arrested in Granville County homicide probe
Four arrests were announced on Saturday in connection to the homicide investigation of Musleh Mohamed Qayed.
Granville County Sheriff Brindell Wilkins confirmed Rodriquez Teshawn Thomas has been charged with first-degree murder. Also facing charges are Larissa Nicosha Comer, Rodicka E'nyia Rivers and Tonielle Shydea Curtis.
Qayed, 49, was found shot to death Wednesday night about 9 following a robbery at the Variety Mart just south of Oxford at 4195 U.S. 15 South.
In addition to first-degree murder, Thomas faces a charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was jailed with no bond.
Comer, Rivers and Curtis are each facing a charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon and accessory after the fact. Bond was set at $150,000 for each suspect.
