Arrests
• Khiry Terry, 22, of 1218 Walter St., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of resisting arrest, having a concealed firearm and having marijuana plant substance. He was released on a promise to appear pending a court hearing Jan 10.
• Steven Johnson, 31, of 650 Vance St., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of trespassing. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 22.
• Craig Lamont Kelly, 49, of 245 Ridge Road, Apt. 236, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 7.
Larcenies, incidents
• Larceny of a $400 vehicle transmission was reported Monday at a 1400 block Maple Street, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of a black 2003 Yamaha Venture motorcycle, a music player, phone and Tazer, $4,250 total value, was reported Monday at a 1500 block Oakdale Circle, Henderson, home.
• Larceny of a $200 cellphone was reported Monday at Maria Parham Medical Center, 566 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.
• Larceny of eight metal carts, $800 total value, was reported at 100 Alexander Ave., Henderson.
• Fraud by use of a credit or ATM card, $249 taken, was reported Monday at a convenience store at 619 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.
• Vandalism, painting a sign and well house, $100 damage, was reported Monday at Nole Terrace Trailer Home Park, 1261 Americal Road, Henderson.

Arrest
• Noel Edwin Robertson, 45, of Cardinal Motel, Room 24, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of violating a protective order. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan 24.
Larcenies, incidents
• Terrell Stanley, 41, of 123 Pete Abbott Lane, Henderson, was reported missing with a silver Dodge Charger. Stanley was last seen Dec. 3.
• An assault was reported Monday at a convenience store at 1174 Newton Dairy Road, Henderson.
• Larceny of a burgundy 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass was reported Monday at a 200 block Ted Head Lane, Henderson, home.
