Arrests

• Joseph H. Thorpe III, 24, of 1659 Willow Lane, Henderson, was arrested June 16 on charges of larceny and providing fictitious information to an officer. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Aug. 19.• Alexi Javier, 33, of 6204 Shanda Drive, Apt. E, Raleigh, was arrested June 11 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing July 30.

• Solomon W. Smith, 52, of 303 Kittrell St., Henderson, was arrested June 17 on a charge of having a horse in city limits and failing to have a manure bin. He was cited and released pending a court hearing July 15.

• Roshauba Burney, 28, of 515 Owen St., Henderson, was arrested June 17 on a charge of child abuse. She was cited and released pending a court hearing July 15.

• Tonya Bradshow, 23, of 812 Railroad St., Raleigh, was arrested June 17 on a charge of larceny. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing July 28.

• Shoplifting was reported June 16 at the Fiddle Stix Gas Station, 1421 E. Andrews Ave., Henderson.

• Larceny was reported June 16 on the 400 block of Rollins Avenue, Henderson.

• Larceny was reported June 16 at Food Lion, 1263 Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Damage to property was reported June 16 on the 500 block of North Garnett Street, Henderson.

• Domestic dispute was reported June 16 on the 200 block of North Bullock Street, Henderson.

• Larceny was reported June 16 on the 1800 block of Garnett Street, Henderson.

• Fraud was reported June 16 on the 300 block of Raleigh Road, Henderson.

• Property damage was reported June 17 on the 1000 block of Nicholas Street, Henderson.

• Breaking and entering was reported June 17 on the 1000 block of Standish Street, Henderson.

• Damage to property was reported June 17 on the 600 block of West Andrews Avenue, Henderson.

• Assault and property damage were reported June 17 on the 900 block of Burr Street, Henderson.

• Property damage was reported June 18 on the 500 block of Water Street, Henderson.

Arrests

• David D. Ellis, 28, of 1550 Oak Ridge Church Road, Henderson, was arrested June 17 on an order to show cause. He was jailed on $400 bond pending a court hearing June 30.

• Robert R. Moorefield Jr., 49, of 517 Hillard St., Henderson, was arrested June 17 on a charge of communicating threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing July 22.

• Lashanda Hester, of 31 Red Fox Run, Henderson, was arrested June 17 on a charge of failing to return rental property. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing July 21.

• Tomeka P. Towler, 33, of 138 Hester Drive, Henderson, was arrested June 17 on a charge of failing to return rental property. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing July 21.

• Steven W. Cooper, 43, of 105 Fairport Road, Kittrell, was arrested June 17 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $3,500 bond pending a court hearing July 7.

• Megan Keeton, 23, of 507 Skenes Ave., Henderson, was arrested June 17 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing July 14.
