Arrests

• Justina Richardson, 23, of 1034 Thurston St., was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of communicating threats and injury to real property. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• Samuel Perry Jr., 63, of 359 Davis St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 11.

• Keith R. Gill, 25, of 218 Hamilton St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing March 10.

• Carlton Bailey, 28, of 711 Leasburg Road, Lot 53, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of violating probation. He was jailed on $217,000 bond pending a court hearing March 17.

• James R. Dunn, 28, of 5086 Clister Springs Road, Alton, Va., was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of possessing cocaine and attempting larceny. He was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing April 1.

• James R. Dunn, 28, of 5086 Clister Springs Road, Alton, Va., was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of breaking and entering, obtaining property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny. He was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing April 1.

• Sheldon R. Alston, 38, of 56 Barham Lane, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing April 22.

• Billy L. Lawson, 42, of 109 Freedom Lane, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of larceny. He was cited and released pending a court hearing April 1.

• Juan S. Eaton, 30, of 1513 Maple St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of possessing a stolen firearm, possessing a firearm as a felon and communicating threats. He was jailed on $21,000 bond pending a court hearing March 22.

• Larceny of Social Security checks was reported Feb. 26 on the 850 block of S. Beckford Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny was reported Feb. 26 on the 1200 block of Beckford Drive, Henderson.

• Property damage to a mailbox, $50 value, was reported Feb. 25 on the 100 block of Briarwood Street, Henderson.

• Breaking and entering was reported Feb. 26 on the 900 block of Arch Street, Henderson.

• Larceny of jewelry and money, $211 value, was reported Feb. 26 on the 100 block of Booth Avenue, Henderson.

• Shoplifting of dog food and paper towels, $35 value, was reported Feb. 26 at Walmart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Domestic assault and property damage was reported Feb. 27 on the 300 block of South Cooper Drive, Henderson.

Arrests

• Shakeira D. Henderson, 21, of 1230 Hight St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of larceny. She was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 10.

• Devon Reid, 31, of 476 N. Lynnbank Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of assaulting a female and simple assault. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 31.

• Ashley N. Boyd, 22, of 1550 S. Lynnbank Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on three charges of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $4,500 bond pending a court hearing March 17.

• Antoinette M. Grimmett, 25, of 135 Rev Henderson Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on two charges of failing to appear in court. She was released on $750 bond pending a court hearing April 8.

• Simple possession of marijuana was reported Feb. 25 at Southern Vance High School, 925 Garrett Road, Henderson.

• Assault was reported Feb. 26 on the 470 block of Lynnbank Road, Henderson.

• Domestic disturbance was reported Feb. 26 on the 90 block of Casey Lane, Henderson.

• Assault and property damage was reported Feb. 26 on the 140 block of Mum Lane, Kittrell.

• Breaking and entering and larceny of a phone and money, $655 value, was reported Feb. 25 at Southern Vance High School, 925 Garrett Road, Henderson.
