Henderson man facing hit and run charges
RALEIGH — A Henderson man was arrested after a hit-and-run accident at the corner of Capital Boulevard and Spring Forest Road that injured one person, according to a local news report.
Jerry Lee Cousins, 41, was charged with felony hit and run causing injury and making a false report to police, according to the (Raleigh) News & Observer. He was arrested around 6 a.m.
Latisha Wooten, 38, of Wake Forest, was injured. Cousins was released on a $6,000 bond and is due to appear in court on Monday, the report states.
