Henderson police searching for suspect
Takirra Lasha’ Hargrove is wanted by the Henderson police, according to a statement released by the department on Tuesday.
Hargrove, 24, is wanted on charges of fraud and larceny. The offenses were charged after she received a suspended sentence on six felony fraud counts last year.
Hargrove’s last known address was 650 Gun Club Road, Lot 5, Henderson, and she has been listed at five other addresses over the past six years, according to published arrest reports.
Lt. Alan Hedgepeth with the Criminal Investigation Division confirmed outstanding warrants against Hargrove include counts of obtaining property by false pretense, attempting to obtain property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny.

According to state prison records, on July 16, 2012, Hargrove received a 36-month suspended sentence on a consolidated case that listed six felony counts of obtaining property by false pretense, a North Carolina fraud statute charge.
Dates of offense included three in September 2011, one in July 2011, and the others in April and July of 2010. She carries prior convictions on larceny and obtaining identification by using false information.
Hargrove has previously received suspended sentences on her prior convictions instead of active consequence in state prison.
Hargrove has no court hearing dates pending in North Carolina, according to court docket records.
