Arrests

• Brandon Cooper, 29, of 4181 Chewning Road, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 7.

• Rodney L. Watson, 46, of 624-B Puckett St., Stovall, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of financial card theft, identity theft and financial card fraud. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 26.

• Nicole M. Green, 28, of 7198 Shep Royster Road, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 21 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 21.

• Charles L. Keith, 36, of 1471 Pocomoke Drive 1, Franklinton, was arrested Feb. 19 on a charge of communicating threats and injury to personal property. He was jailed on $80,000 bond pending a court hearing March 17.

• Andre Washington, 33, of 400 Person St., Oxford, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $400 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 21.

• Reginald A. Jackson, 37, of 4162 Shock Overton Road, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of maintaining a place for criminal substances, conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine, and trafficking in cocaine. He was jailed on $50,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 24.

• Keith Bagley, 35, of 1974 Sadler Ave., Creedmoor, was arrested on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 21.

• Pamela J. Smith, 29, of 6090 Matti Lane, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 17.

• Justin A. Chrisp, 23, of 308 Person St., Oxford, was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of possessing a controlled substance in jail and possessing tobacco in jail. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 27.

• Misael T. Barrera, 41, of 4188 U.S. 15 South, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of possessing cocaine with the intent to sell or distribute, maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 24.

• Micah Smth, 29, of 3570 Riverview Circle, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of possessing marijuana with the intent to sell or distribute, manufacturing marijuana and possessing heroin. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 24.

• Cindy R. Jaeger, 56, of 3570 Riverview Circle, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of possessing heroin and maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances. She was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 24.

• April Miller, 31, of 649 Cameron Drive, Creedmoor, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of selling a Schedule II criminal substance, possessing a Schedule II criminal substance with intent to sell or distribute, and maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances. She was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing March 5.

• Prince A. Harris, 51, of 4208 Belltown Road, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 25 on charges of trafficking cocaine, possessing cocaine with intent to sell or distribute, and conspiring to sell cocaine. He was jailed on $60,000 bond pending a court hearing March 5.

• Teresa C. Sandifer, 57, of 1624 Saratoga St., Creedmoor, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of selling Schedule II criminal substances, possessing Schedule II criminal substances with intent to sell or distribute, and maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances. She was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing March 10.

• Carlton L. Cash, 56, of 1624 Saratoga St., Creedmoor, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for criminal substances. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing March 10.

Arrests

• Katrine Rizzo, of 2137 Lawson Chapel Road, Roxboro, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of felony possession of illegal drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,000.

• Anthony Burgos, 28, of 10 Caryle Drive, Roxboro, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of felony possession of illegal drugs. Bond: $5,000.

• Michael Johnson, 23, of 817 Goshen St., Oxford, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of felony possession of illegal drugs. Bond: $7,500.

• Darrell Anderson, 48, of 116 Eastway Drive, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 23 on three charges of failing to appear. Bond: $2,350.

• Calvin Fields, 17, of 206 Peace St., Oxford, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony possession stolen goods. Bond: $20,000.

• Quentin Davis, 23, of 108 Summitt Ave., Oxford was arrested Feb. 25 on charges of communicating threats and failing to appear in court. Bond: $2,250.

• Patrick Williams, 39, of 913 Linden Ave., Oxford, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of failing to appear in court. Bond: $20,000

• Peter Alston III, 32, of 521 Hatch St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 19 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $750 bond pending a court hearing March 20.

• Fred Harrington, 29, of 422 Halifax St., Warrenton, was arrested Feb. 21 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $418 bond pending a court hearing March 20.

• Doris K. Lashley, 43, of 207 Shearin Deadend Road, Littleton, was arrested Feb. 24 on charges of larceny and fraud. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 12.

• Eric Stevenson, 26, of 1007 N. Bottom Road, Warrenton, was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,696.25 bond pending a court hearing March 12.
