Arrests

• Leigh A. Twisdale, 39, of 440 Rollins Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of stalking and harassment. She was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• Phillip M. Brame, 53, of 432 Whitten Ave., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 16 on a charge of larceny. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing April 9.

• Larry Sneed, 38, of 1400 Keeton Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 17 on 29 charges of misdemeanor benefits fraud. He was cited and released pending a court hearing March 21.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of a $200 electronic tablet was reported Jan. 15 at a school, 219 Charles St., Henderson.

• Larceny and fraud, taking checks from a mailbox and cashing for $531 total, was reported Jan. 15 at a 200 block Swain Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of $800 worth of electrical wiring was reported Friday at a 400 block Alexander Avenue, Henderson, home.

• Shooting of an occupied vehicle causing $600 damage was reported at 2 p.m. Friday at a commercial building, 326 Breckenridge St., Henderson.

• Larceny of a $300 bicycle was reported Saturday at a 600 block Montgomery Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny and vandalism, destroying a $400 appliance and taking cash coins, was reported Saturday at Charlestown Apartments, 210 Corbit Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of $53 worth of gas fuel was reported Friday at Rose Mart, 1022 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of a $150 bicycle was reported Saturday at Save-A-Lot, 967 Beckford Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of $2,000 worth of jewelry items was reported Sunday at a 1500 block Cypress Drive, Henderson, home.

Arrests

• Mandy L. Hargrove, 29, of 1186 Newton Dairy Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of child abuse, having stolen goods, making a false report to police and larceny. She was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing March 25.

• James C. Bullock, 25, of 2490 N.C. 39 North, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of violating child support orders. He was jailed on a $500 cash bond pending payment.

• Jessica A. Renn, 22, of 398 Swain Drive, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of larceny and having stolen goods. She was jailed on $1,300 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 26.

• Yvette S. Gill, 22, of 131 Jennifer Court, Oxford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $600 bond pending a court hearing March 21.

• Larceny of a $600 black laptop computer was reported Feb. 11 at Northern Vance High School, 293 Warrenton Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of $300 worth of alcoholic beverages was reported Friday at a 100 block North Woods Road, Henderson, home.

• Dumping of bags of trash was reported Friday at the South Cokesbury, Steward roads intersection, Henderson.

• Assault of a 45-year-old man by hitting him with a vehicle and destroying a dog, was reported Friday at a 100 block Gillburg Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $75 pistol was reported Saturday at a 2000 block Francis Avenue, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a stove was reported Saturday at a 1700 block Pool Rock Road, Henderson, home.
