Arrests

• Jazette Hargrove, 21, of 207 Welcome Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing March 25.

• Jaleesa Haargrove, 29, of 482 Bullocksville Park Road, Manson, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing March 25.

• David T. Whitmore, 21, of 103 Mickey Lane, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of having heroin, marijuana and items for possible drug use. He was jailed on $50,000 bond pending a court hearing April 16.

• Sommer C. Kempson, 20, of Wilmington, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of having heroin and other illegal drugs. She was jailed on $65,000 bond pending a court hearing April 16.

• Michael Plummer, 52, of 188 Willow Oak Drive, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of driving while impaired. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 19.

• Duquarius Blash, 21, of 216 Pinkston St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of vandalism. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing April 25.

• Cynthia Cheatham, 44, of 825 Nicholas St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of resisting officers. She was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing March 19.

• Willie M. Oakley, 44, of 408 Pearl St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing. He was jailed on $300 bond pending a court hearing April 16.

• Ashley Carpenter, 23, of James Royster Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of being intoxicated and disruptive and resisting officers. She was jailed on $800 bond pending a court hearing March 19.

• Norbert Richardson, 47, of 611 Powell Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 10 on two charges of trespassing. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing March. 25.

• Chelsie D. House, 21, of 3917 U.S. 401 South, Louisburg, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of larceny and failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $600 bond pending a court hearing March 19.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of $310 worth of bedding sets and table lamps was reported Friday at Family Dollar, 112 Raleigh Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of $500 worth of copper pipes from a household crawl space was reported Friday at a 500 block Harriett Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of $3,400 worth of air conditioning equipment, copper, wires and a meter box was reported Friday at a 1400 block Parham Street, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism causing $1,000 damage was reported Sunday at Horton’s Warehouse, 105 Lenora Street, Henderson.

• Gunfire shooting of a retail store window and sign, $300 damage, was reported Sunday, at Star Grocery, 201 Harriett St., Henderson.

• Shooting of a Honda Civic, $4,000 damage from numerous shots, was reported Sunday, at Gate City Foods, 601 W. Andrews Ave., Henderson.

• Jason C. Riggan Jr., 22, of 276 Kirby Lane, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of vandalism, making threats and failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,300 bond pending a court hearing March 5.

• Donte L. Darden, 28, of 385 Julian Smith Road, Lot 16, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Feb. 18.

• Cortevis Bullock, 16, of 79 Evans St., Lot 2, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of breaking and entering, larceny and having stolen goods. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing March 18.

• Quawee Fletcher, 16, of 98 Summerfield Lane, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of larceny, breaking and entering and having stolen goods. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing March 18.

• Brandon D. Green, 27, of 1502 Parham St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,200 bond pending a court hearing March 4.

• Keith T. West, 38, of 196 Southside Estates Court, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 9 on two charges of failing to obey child support orders. He was jailed on $1,097.27 cash purge pending a court hearing Feb. 13.

• Cassio Henderson, 32, of 908 Crozier St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of larceny, breaking and entering and having stolen goods. He was jailed on $30,000 bond pending a court hearing March 6.

• Marcus C. Clark, 26, of 480 Hunter Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of twice failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,600 bond pending a court hearing March 4.

• Douglas W. Willard, 66, of 282 Southerland Mill Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of making threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Feb. 28.

• John E. Carthens, 47, of 1995 Old County Home Road, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of making threats and assaulting a handicapped person. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Feb. 25.

• Larceny of a heat pump, wiring, appliances, an air compressor and a riding lawnmower was reported Saturday at a 100 block Blackberry Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of an $800 TV, jewelry and medications was reported Saturday at a 2500 block Rock Mill Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a heat pump, copper pipes and gasoline was reported Saturday at a 1200 block Rev. Henderson Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $350 worth of furniture and appliances was reported Saturday at Artistic Head to Toe Salon, 525 Welcome Avenue, Henderson.
