Arrests

• Willie A. Foster, 60, of 656 Haywood Wright Road, Henderson, was arrested Sept. 20 on a charge of possessing cocaine. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 1.

• Brian Massenburg, 23, of 502 Hilliard St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 30 on a charge of violating a protective order. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Dec. 10.

• Michael M. Johnson, 26, of 908 Water St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of assaulting multiple females, multiple counts of trespassing, failing to appear in court and vandalism. He was jailed on $13,500 total bond pending a court hearing Oct. 14.

• Oshea Brown, 20, of 1221 Hight St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of resisting officers. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 10.

• Crystal Joyner, 23, of 720 Highland Ave., Apt. 6-A, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of assault. She was released on $300 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 7.

• Nicky B. Thomas, 44, of 40 Randy Yancey Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of assault. He was released on $300 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of a van transmission, $1,500 value, was reported Sept. 30 at a 600 block Charles Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a cable box, $100 value, was reported Oct. 1 at a 400 block Sunnyview Road, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a TV and electronic game equipment, $1,000 value, was reported Oct. 1 at a 600 block Roanoke Avenue, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of cash was reported Oct. 1 at a retail store in the 1200 block of Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of clothing items, cash by fraud, $960 value, was reported Oct. 1 at J.C. Penney, 380 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of a TV and personal checks, $700 value, was reported Oct. 1 at a 1300 block Roanoke Avenue, Henderson, home.

Arrests

• Sherry Elaine Knowles, 48, of 420 Flemingtown Lane, Henderson, was arrested Sept. 30 on a charge of assault. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Christopher Thomas, 45, of 509 Flemingtown Lane, Henderson, was arrested Sept. 30 on a charge of making threats. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Richard Gregory Coombs, 49, of 420 Flemingtown Lane, Henderson, was arrested Sept. 30 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed on $1,800 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Dietrich D. Parham, 26, of 428 Bane St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 30 on a charge of property fraud. She was cited and released pending a court hearing Oct. 31.

• Jonathon Overby, 53, of 206 Harrison Ave., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of failing to appear in court for a child support violation. He was jailed pending payment of $14,755 cash or a court hearing Oct. 30.

• Christopher A. Batchelor, 29, of 1067 N. Pinkston St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of failing to appear in court for a child support violation. He was released on $500 cash payment pending a court hearing Oct. 30.

• Elizabeth D. Burwell, 41, of Midway Mobile Home Park, Lot 11, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of failing to appear in court for a child support violation. She was released on $114 cash payment pending a court hearing Oct. 30.

• Jeffrey Williams, 64, of 119 Geranium Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of violating a child support order. He was released on $650 cash payment pending a court hearing Nov. 14.

• Larceny of two televisions and a DVD player was reported Oct. 1 at a 100 block Grain Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of boating gear, a motor and batteries, $900 value, was reported Oct. 1 at a 100 block County Lake Drive, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a heating and air conditioning unit, $5,000 value, was reported Oct. 1 in the 200 block of Fox Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of cash by fraud was reported Oct. 1 at a 200 block Abbott Road, Henderson, home.
