Arrests

• David Harris, 28, of 501 Young St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of forgery and fraud. He was released on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 9.

• Agnes Royster, 41, of 518 Flint St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 23 on charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of items for possible drug use. She was jailed on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 9.

• Mary M. Durham, 48, of 618 Flint St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 23 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released on $300 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 9.

• Valerie Williams, 54, of 451 Julie McKnight Road, Kittrell, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing Sept. 30.

• Jason Bare, 27, of 3081 E. Thollie Green Road, Stem, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of larceny. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Tony A. Royster, 34, of 116 Knightingale Lane, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of possession of marijuana. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Sept. 19.

• Cedric Neal, 27, of 132 Hamilton St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Oct. 14.

• Tieara C. Burt, 20, of 1013 Lehman St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of larceny. She was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 23.

• Steven J. Johnson, 31, of 114 Reidville Lane, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of indecent exposure at a medical facility. He was jailed on $2,000 total bond pending a court hearing Nov. 19.

• Ashleigh T. Alston, 22, of 111 S. Pinkston St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was released on $100 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 30.

• Ray Wimbush, 41, of 230 Turner Ave., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 4.

• James Merritt, 66, of 813 E. Andrews Ave., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on two charges of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,500 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 29.

• Joey B. Moss, 27, of 2509 U.S. 39 South, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $300 bond pending a court date Sept. 23.

• William Lynch, 48, of 203 Rogers St., Norlina, was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon and illegal possession. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 5.

• Travis I. Martinez, 25, of 315 Railroad St., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of driving while impaired and resisting arrest. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 22.

• Saquan Marrow, 16, of 1303 Roanoke Ave., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 1 on three charges of assaulting a female and assaulting a child under 12. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Sept. 23.

• Laron Hendricks, 39, of 253 High St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of assaulting a female and communicating threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Sherry Burt, 40, of 1010 Lehman St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of larceny. She was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing.

• Sherkia C. Person, 23, of 518 Hillard St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of abusing children. She was cited and released pending a court hearing Oct. 17.

• Andres Osario-Pena, 24, of 302 Shank St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 2 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $800 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 21.

• Larceny of an iPod Touch, $300 value, was reported Aug. 27 at a convenience store in the 1200 block of Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of a lawnmower was reported Aug. 30 in the 400 block of College Street, Henderson.

• Larceny of a floral arrangement was reported Aug. 31 at a 600 block Breckenridge Street, Henderson, home.

• Fraud, $41 in debit card transactions, was reported at a restaurant in the 1500 block of Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Armed robbery was reported at Kwik Stop, 923 Nicholas St., Henderson.

• Fraud, using a lost or stolen card, was reported Sept. 1 at Papa Johns, 1326 Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of a TV and electronic game system, $650 value, was reported Sept. 2 at a 400 block Charles Street, Henderson, home.

• Brittany Trent, 27, of 212 Crowder Lane, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of failing to appear in court. She was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 17.

• April E. Carter, 25, of 88 W. Holly Lane, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 7.

• Quindarrius Perry of 1843 Vicksboro Road, Lot 17, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of secret peeping and trespassing. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 28.

• Gregory Hargrove, 51, of 91 Al Brown Lane, Henderson, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 3.

• Bonnie Harris, 41, of 406 Roxboro Road, Oxford, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of assault. She was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Oct. 7.

• Jimmy A. Reid, of 122 Debnam Ave., Henderson, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of assault by pointing a gun, making threats, breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen property and trespassing. He was jailed on $35,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept 16.

• Jason A. Tilley, of Durham, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 27.

• Larceny of tools, $1,500 value, and vandalism, $450 value, was reported Aug. 31 at J&J Logging, 255 J.P. Taylor Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of a World War I U.S. Army rifle, $1,000 value, was reported Aug. 31 at a 1200 block Debnam Avenue, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of electronic game items, $700 value, was reported Aug. 31 at a 100 block South Oliver Drive, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a TV and computer equipment, a car battery and starter parts, $850 value, was reported Aug. 31 in the 200 block of Glenn Ave., Henderson.

• Vandalism, $1,700 damage, was reported at a business in the 7000 block of N.C. 39 South, Henderson.

• Larceny of a TV and electronic game equipment, $3,000 value, was reported Sept. 1 at a 1200 block Fuller Street, Henderson, home.
