Arrests

• Kristie R. Felton, 34, of 104 Meadow Brooke Lane, Oxford, was arrested Jan. 9 on felony charges of larceny and organized retail theft. She was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 4.

• Steven Johnson, 31, of 114 Reidsville Lane, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting officers. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 26.

• Darius Harris, 21, of 872 Lamb St., Henderson, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges warranted on Dec. 16 of armed assault with intent to kill causing serious injury and with having a firearm as a convicted felon. He was jailed on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 22.

• Ellanor Durham, 22, of 121 Pine Forest Drive, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of larceny. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 10.

• Brittany Adcock, 23, of 120 Tower Road, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of obtaining property by fraud. She was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing March 11.


Larcenies, incidents

• Shooting of exterior household walls and the front end of a green Mitsubishi Galant, $1,500 damage total, was reported Jan. 5 at a 1000 block North Pinkston Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny by embezzlement of $9,000 cash and numerous lottery tickets was reported Wednesday at the Party Pickup, 655 N. Garnett St., Henderson.

• Larceny of a $2,500 TV was reported Thursday at an 800 block Eastway Drive, Henderson, home.

• Shooting of a white Chevrolet Tahoe, $1,500 damage, was reported Thursday at a 200 block Harriett Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of $400 worth of cash and items from a black Chevrolet Trailblazer was reported Thursday at a parking lot, 451 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of $700 worth of cash and items from a blue Toyota Tundra was reported Thursday at a parking lot, 451 Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.

Arrests

• Kevin J. Ellington, 24, of 111 Lakeview Drive, Littleton, was arrested Jan. 10 on six felony charges of larceny, taking $60,000 worth of copper from Progress Energy. He was jailed on $100,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 18.


Larcenies, incidents

• Vandalism by arson of a Chevrolet Avalanche truck, $14,000 damage, was reported Wednesday at an open land area of 9757 N.C. 39 North, Henderson.

• Larceny of $650 worth of electronic game and computer equipment was reported Thursday at a 100 block Mallard Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a pistol from a burgundy Nissan Altima was reported Thursday at a 100 block Willow Oak Drive, Henderson, home.
