HENDERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT

Arrests

• Corwin Durham, 34, of 890 Lynn Bank Road, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of breaking and entering and failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $20,500 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 11.

• Maceo Kemp, 25, of 489 Liberation Road, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of vandalism and larceny. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing.

• Curtis Coley, 39, of 101 E. Church St., Creedmoor, was arrested Jan. 9 on three charges of larceny. He was jailed on $45,900 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 14.

• Crystal Stegall, 28, of 123 Falkner Quarter Road, Warrenton, was arrested Jan. 9 on a charge of larceny. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Feb. 11.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of $454 worth of clothing items was reported Wednesday at Walmart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of $110 worth of carpet cleaner plus other items was reported Wednesday at Ollie’s, 1520-A Dabney Drive, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of $575 in rent cash left under a door was reported Wednesday at Gateway Center, 314 Gateway St., Henderson.

Arrests

• Gregory D. McGhee, 33, of 2211 U.S. 401, Warrenton, was arrested Jan. 9 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,600 bond pending a court hearing Mar. 5.

• Lamar T. Fletcher, 18, of 98 Summerfield Lane, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of armed assault at Southern Vance High School. He was released on a custody agreement with his mother pending a court hearing Feb. 25.

• Phillip D. “Psycho” Stevenson, 32, of 40035 Satterwhite Point Road, Henderson, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges to being intoxicated and disorderly, making threats and resisting officers at Kerr Lake Bait and Tackle on Nutbush Road. He was jailed on $2,500 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 25.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of 2,523 feet of Progress Energy No. 4 copper line worth $6,293.91 was reported Tuesday on North Cokesbury Road at Warrenton Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of 1,187 feet of Progress Energy No. 4 copper line worth $3,243.12 was reported Tuesday on Allison Cooper Road near Tucker Lumber Road, Henderson.

• Armed assault by pointing a rifle at a victim was reported Wednesday at a 100 block Mallard Lane, Henderson, home.
