Arrests

• Morris Pendergrass, 65, of 325 Southall St., Henderson, was arrested April 18 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing July 16.

• Jackie Y. Davis, 38, of 155 Glendas Lane, Henderson, was arrested April 18 on a charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing.

• Jerome K. Mitchell, of 760 Vaughan St., Henderson, was arrested April 18 on charges of animal cruelty and assault of a government official. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing May 7.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of a $269 air conditioning unit, returned, was reported Thursday at Walmart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of a $300 push mower was reported Thursday at an 800 Arrow Street, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism was reported Thursday at an 1100 Shirley Drive, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism was reported Thursday at Landra Management Company, 500 South Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Vandalism was reported at a retail location, 168 W. Andrews Ave., Henderson.

Arrests

• Travis Boyd, of 908 Burr St., Henderson, was arrested April 15 on charges of violating child support orders. He was jailed on $165 cash payment bond pending a court hearing April 24.

• Anya M. Cole, 36, of 102 Lawndale Circle, Henderson, was arrested April 18 on a charge of failing to appear in court on a child support order. She was released on $550 bond pending a court hearing April 26.

• Tristan A. Coggsdale, 17, of 378 Cedar Rock, Henderson, was arrested April 18 on charges of larceny, having stolen goods and obtaining goods by fraud. He was jailed on a $8,000 bond pending a court hearing May 20.

• Kwesi D. Davis, 19, of 207 Foxborough Lane, Henderson, was arrested April 18 on charges of larceny and resisting officers. He was jailed on $2,500 bond pending a court hearing April 29.

• Elton Harris, 37, of 1134 Abbott Road, Henderson, was arrested April 18 on charges of assault and vandalism. He was jailed on $600 bond pending a court hearing May 14.

• Dudley Blash, 24, of 216 Pinkston St., Henderson, was arrested April 18 on a charge of armed assault inflicting serious injury. He was jailed on $101,000 bond pending a court hearing.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of 10 metal N.C. Department of Transportation signs worth $500, possibly from the DOT yard, was reported Wednesday at the DOT office, 321 Gillburg Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of a $15,000 gray 2012 Toyota RAV 4 was reported Thursday at Toyota of Henderson, 205 Toyota Lane, Henderson.

• Larceny and fraudulent selling of power tools, a stereo system, a guitar amplifier, TVs and a moped, $6,100 total value, was reported at a home in the 100 block of Bobcat Lane, Henderson.
