Arrests

• Wayne A. Robertson, 41, of 421 Rowland St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of trespassing and using property for drug trafficking. He was jailed on $3,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 18.

• Derrick A. Owens, 24, of 355 Southall St., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of heroin and marijuana possession for sale. He was jailed on $15,000 bond pending a court hearing Feb. 18.

• Lamonte J. Adams, 19, of 516 Whitten Ave., Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of having heroin and marijuana possession for sale. He was jailed on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing March 21.

• Deandre Hudson, 19, of 907 Parkway Drive, Apt. A, Henderson, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of having an illegal drug. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing April 29.

• Dekwane Jones, 20, of 1465 Newton Dairy Road, Henderson, was arrested March 13 on a charge of marijuana possession. He was cited and released pending a court hearing April 15.

• Raymond E. Hull, 21, of Wake Forest, was arrested March 13 on charges of marijuana and heroin possession. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing April 15.

• Maurois Jefferson, 28, of 321 S. Cooper Drive, Henderson, was arrested March 16 on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was jailed on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing April 15.

• Sidney C. Townes, 41, of 1312 S. Chestnut St., Henderson, was arrested April 12 on charges of assaulting a female, making threats and trespassing. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing April 23.

• Michael Powell, 24, of 310 County Home Road, Henderson, was arrested April 12 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on a $13,500 bond pending a court hearing June 3.

• Darius A. Richardson, 18, of 129 Cambridge Way, Henderson, was arrested April 13 on charges of breaking and entering, safecracking and larceny. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing May 21.

• Christopher M. Hart, 21, of 3701 Chewning Road, Henderson, was arrested April 12 on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing May 21.

• Albert Small, 35, of 92 Catherine Lane, Henderson, was arrested April 13 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $750 bond pending a court hearing June 4.

• Shaheed O. Hart, 28, of Raleigh, was arrested April 13 on a charge of carrying a concealed firearm and resisting officers. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing June 4.

• Rayshun Kennedy, 30, of 675 Adams St., Henderson, was arrested April 13 on a charge of vandalism during a domestic disturbance. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing April 22.

• Peter Lagattuta, 25, of 707 Forest Drive, Garner, was arrested April 13 on charges of failing to appear in court. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing May 22.

• Braelyn Polk, 18, of 325 White Oak Drive, Henderson, was arrested April 13 on a charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing June 21

• Amberley Rhyne, 19, of 325 White Oak Drive, Henderson, was arrested April 13 on charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing June 21.

• Jamarcus D. Perry, 19, of 1901 Vicksboro Road, Lot 28, Henderson, was arrested April 13 on a charge of having marijuana for sale. He was released on $2,500 bond pending a court hearing June 4.

• Demmont Wright, 16, of 550 West Andrews Ave., Apt. 35, Henderson, was arrested April 14 on a charge of having a stolen motor vehicle. He was cited and released pending a court hearing.

• Patrick Skinner, 19, of 7578 Sam Hall Road, Oxford, was arrested April 14 on charge of larceny. He was cited and released pending a court hearing May 21.

• Larceny of a white Hurricane moped was reported Friday at a 200 block High Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $150 CD radio from a red Mitsubishi 3000GT was reported Saturday at a 200 block West Young Avenue, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $350 TV was reported Saturday at Walmart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny from a storage building, $725 in powered yard work tools taken, was reported Saturday at an 800 block Hughes Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $2,000 white Keeway moped was reported Saturday at a 200 block South Beckford Drive, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of TVs, electronic game equipment and an air conditioning unit, $1,550 total value, was reported Saturday at a 100 block Ramsey Street, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism with $700 damage was reported Sunday at a 1000 block Harriett Street, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism with $600 damage was reported Sunday at a 200 block Crozier Street, Henderson, home.

• Assault and robbery, unstated cash taken, was reported Sunday in the street outside 603 Arch Street, Henderson.

• Larceny of a GPS unit and a radar detector, $250 total value, from a green Nissan Maxima, was reported Friday at a 100 block Harrison Ave., Henderson, home.
