Arrests

 

• Tracy Troxler, 51, of 524 Mason St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of property fraud. She was cited and released pending a court hearing Dec. 30.

• Quincy Gregory, 30, of 165 Lynnhaven Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 8.

Larcenies, incidents

• Larceny of a $115 tan jacket was reported Oct. 14 at Tractor Supply, 1733 Dabney Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of electrical equipment, $300 value, was reported Oct. 15 at Auto Max, 519 N. Garnett St., Henderson.

• A home-invasion robbery, a television valued at $4,500 taken, was reported Oct. 15 at a 200 block Swain St., Henderson, home.

Arrests

• William A. Boyd, 33, of 2021 Stewart Farm Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 7.

• Michael D. Ellis, 23, of 1291 Faulkner Town Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was released on $1,200 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 5.

• Larrisha Richards, 20, of 81 Crowder Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of assault. She was released on $300 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 20.

• Michael Constantine, 49, of 580 Heartland Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of making threats. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 12.

• Jesse R. Lowry, 60, of 559 Bill Bragg Morton Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of making threats and trespassing. He was released on $1,300 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 13.

• Larceny of valium, hydrocodone and other drugs was reported Oct. 14 in the 200 block of Pepper Lane, Henderson.

• Larceny of six propane tanks, $600 value, was reported Oct. 15 at Bear Pond Fresh Market, 3963 Raleigh Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of two televisions, $1,000 value, was reported Oct. 15 at an 1100 block Poplar Creek Road, Henderson, home.
