Arrests

 

• Mozelle L. Jones, 36, of 1205 N. Pinkston St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of assault by pointing a gun and resisting officers. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 8.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of copper wiring, $1,000 value, was reported Sept. 18 at a 600 block Young Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of copper wiring, $1,000 value, was reported Sept. 18 at a second 600 block Young Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a handgun, $450 value, was reported Sept. 18 at an 1800 block Summit Road, Henderson, home.

• Vandalism was reported Sept. 18 at an 1100 block Lehman Street, Henderson, home.

• Stabbing with a knife, severe lacerations, was reported Sept. 19 at an unknown location, a male victim of Thomas Street, Henderson, refused to cooperate.

Arrests

 

• Sharita A. Harris, 22, of 64 Marilyn St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of assault. She was released on $300 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 21.

• Samara G. Alston, 34, of 209 W. College St., Henderson, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of failing to appear in court. She was released on $1,300 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 8.

• Benjamin M. Bobbit, 53, of 4050 Shannon Drive, Oxford, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of violating child support orders. He was jailed on $1,000 cash purge bond pending payment or a court hearing Sept. 25.

• John R. Woodlief, 34, of 1725 Raleigh Road, Henderson, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of violating child support orders. He was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing Oct. 7.

• Antoine D. Alston, 32, of 112 Wheatfield, Warrenton, was arrested Sept. 18 on a fugitive warrant from Prince Edward County, Va. He was jailed on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing Sept. 30.

 

• Larry E. Thomas, 51, of 149 Peebles Lane, Henderson, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of failing to appear in court on a court order violation. He was released on $365 cash bond pending a court hearing Oct. 14.

• Larceny of gas from gas tankers, $13,000 value, was reported Sept. 18 at the Walmart Distribution Center, 680 Vanco Mill Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of a heating and air conditioning unit, $2,000 value, and copper pipe, $500 value, was reported Sept. 18 at a 100 block Beach Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a shotgun, $200 value, was reported Sept. 19 at a 100 block Bunn Street, Henderson, home.
