Arrests

• Desmond David, 28, of 922 Bridgers St., Henderson, was arrested Oct. 21 on a charge of making threats. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 9.

• Kristina Polk, 42, of 325 White Oak Drive, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 21 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Nov. 5.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of a tool set, $200 value, was reported Oct. 21 at a 200 block Gary Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a red 1993 Acura Integra, $2,500 value, was reported Oct. 21 at 490 Merriman St., Henderson.

Arrests

• Christopher G. Jackson, 24, of 55 Twin Oaks Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods. He was jailed on $10,000 bond pending a court hearing Nov. 18.

• Jeromy David Hight, 41, of 5260 Vicksboro Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 21 on a charge of violating a child support order. He was jailed on $1,200 cash bond pending a court hearing Oct. 30.

• Michael E. Ellis Jr., 28, of 812 Briggs Road, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of assaulting a female and making threats. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Nov. 4.

• Brian L. Burton, 30, of 102 Heatherway Drive, Kittrell, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of failing to appear in court for child support infractions. He was cited and released pending a court hearing Nov. 4.

• Javius D. Perry, 19, of 75 W. New Circle Lane, Henderson, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of assault with a deadly weapon intending to kill and causing serious injury, shooting into an occupied structure and failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $101,000 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 5.

Larcenies, incidents

• Vandalism, $8,500 estimated damage, was reported Oct. 21 at a 100 block East Coach Way Drive, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of 360 tablets of oxycodone, methadone and klonopin drugs from a parked vehicle was reported Oct. 21 at an area along Tungsten Mine Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of a bicycle, $325 value, was reported Oct. 21 at an 1800 block North Garnett Street, Henderson, home.
