Arrests

• Stephanie R. Haines, 31, of 378 Rock Lane, Lot 8, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 14.

• Edith A. Hight, 30, of 515 Skeens Ave., Henderson, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of larceny. She was cited and released pending a court hearing Jan. 28.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Gunshots fired into an occupied dwelling with no injuries and $150 damage was reported Tuesday at the Head Start Annex., 155 W. Andrews Ave., Henderson. The incident is believed to have happened during the weekend.

• Larceny of Walmart Money Pak units worth $1,409.28 was reported Tuesday at Walmart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of tools worth $330 total was reported Tuesday at an 800 block Wakefield Avenue, Henderson, home.

• Trespassing, attempted contact in a domestic dispute, was reported Tuesday at a downtown location of a women’s shelter in Henderson.

Arrests

• James A. Durham Jr., 25, of 247 Big Buck Road, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of failing to appear in court for a child support infraction. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 16.

• Duane Southerland, 35, of 153-F Nathan Field Lane, Warrenton, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of failing to appear in court for a child support infraction. He was jailed on $3,258 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 16.

• Christopher Donoway, 31, of 116 Old Thomas Lane, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing Jan. 16.

• James James, 42, of 1850 Grassy Creek Road, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 18 on three charges of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan. 13.

• Kevin R. Lassiter, 33, of 4048 Peace Chapel Road, Oxford, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Dec. 31.

• Fabion M. Robles, 34, of 500 J.P. Taylor Road, Lot 13, Henderson, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of assaulting a female. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing Jan. 14.

 

Larcenies, incidents

 

• Larceny of four tires worth $250 from a 1997 Chevrolet Suburban was reported Monday at a 2100 block Saint Matthews Street, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a $600 TV was reported Tuesday at a 100 block Coghill Dickerson Lane, Henderson, home.

• Larceny of a white 1997 Ford Taurus was reported Tuesday at an 1100 block Buchanan Road, Manson, home.

• Larceny of a $100 computer monitor and vandalism of a window and computer equipment, $350 damage, was reported Tuesday at L.B. Yancey Elementary School, 311 Hawkins Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of 150 feet of copper tubing and 150 feet of copper wire was reported Tuesday at an 1100 block Reverend Henderson Road, Townsville, home.
