Gunshot victim treated, released from hospital
A Henderson man has been released from the hospital after being struck twice by gunfire, once in the back, Friday night on Harriett Street.
According to Lt. Christopher Ball, Emmanual Hargrove, 26, of 256 Keen St., was in the area of the 400 block of Harriett Street at about 8 p.m., Friday when the shots were fired. He received injuries to the back and leg. Rounds also struck a green Honda Civic causing $2,500 in damages.
Hargrove had been arrested on a firearms possession charge Thursday, having a weapon after being convicted of a felony.
Ball said the Friday incident is under investigation. Ball said it was unclear if there ties to the Thursday and Friday incidents.
