Arrests

• David Pope, 44, of 328 E. Andrews Ave., Henderson, was arrested May 5 on charges of breaking and entering, injury to real property and injury to personal property. He was jailed without bond pending a court hearing May 22.

• Donna E. Boykin, 53, homeless, was arrested May 6 on a charge of breaking and entering. She was jailed on $2,500 bond pending a court hearing June 3.

• Larceny was reported May 5 on the 1200 block of Park Avenue, Henderson.

• Larceny was reported May 5 on the 300 block of Ruin Creek Road, Henderson.

• Breaking and entering and property damage were reported May 5 on the 300 block of East Andrews Avenue, Henderson.

• Property damage was reported May 6 on the 1600 block of Bane Avenue, Henderson.

• Larceny of a water meter, $200 value, was reported May 6 on the 900 block of East Andrews Avenue.

• Larceny of various items was reported May 6 at Wal-Mart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of meat packages, $200 value, was reported at Wal-Mart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

• Larceny of diapers and shirts was reported May 6 at Wal-Mart, 200 N. Cooper Drive, Henderson.

Arrests

• Floyd Rainey, 34, of 86 Allison Cooper Road, Henderson, was arrested May 6 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting a public officer. He was released on $2,000 bond pending a court hearing June 9.

• Ian Stallings, 17, of 1578 Carey Chapel Road, Henderson, was arrested May 6 on charges of larceny and injury to personal property. He was jailed on $1,000 bond pending a court hearing June 24.

• Willie C. Parker, 30, of 130 Tarheel Lane, Henderson, was arrested May 6 on a charge of conspiracy. He was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing July 22.

• Adrian Fisher, 26, of 2395 N.C. 96 North, Henderson, was arrested May 6 on a charge of failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $500 bond pending a court hearing June 2.

• Chelsie D. House, 22, of 545 Foster Road extension, Henderson, was arrested May 6 on a charge of larceny. She was jailed on $5,000 bond pending a court hearing June 24.

• Benjamin C. Gentry, 22, of 204 E. Fairview Drive, Oxford, was arrested May 6 on charges of unauthorized use of vehicle and failing to appear in court. He was jailed on $20,000 bond pending a court hearing June 2.

• Vehicle fire was reported May 6 on the 1500 block of Carey Chapel Road, Henderson.

• Larceny of irrigation pipes, $3,000 value, was reported May 6 on the 1600 block of St. Andrews Church Road, Henderson.

• Disorderly conduct was reported May 6 at the Vance County Courthouse, Henderson.

• Burglary and larceny were reported May 6 on the 2700 block of U.S. 1 North, Henderson.

• Domestic dispute was reported May 6 on the 200 block of Pinewood Drive, Henderson.
