Vance schools out early Thursday

Vance County Schools will close today at 11:45 a.m. due to inclement weather.

Northern Vance High School went home at 11 a.m. due to a water line break at the school. The disruption also affected the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math program middle school students on the campus.

No word was given regarding Friday's schedule.
